Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is hand-poured, cured for 72 hours and hand-polished in our studio. Small variations in swirl and depth are natural and unique to your piece.
Can I see my customization before ordering?
Yes. The customization studio renders your text, colour, font and size live on the product, including wall and tabletop views.
How long does an order take?
Handcrafting takes 5–7 working days after your design is confirmed, then 3–5 days for delivery across India.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Within 12 hours of placing the order, yes. After production begins the resin has already been poured.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and supported wallets through Razorpay.
Do you accept returns?
Personalised pieces can't be resold, so we replace damaged or defective items rather than refund. Share photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — weddings, housewarmings and corporate gifting. Send quantities and personalisation details through the contact form.
How do I care for resin décor?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth, avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight.
